Estate Planning/Business Law Attorney (Associate)

The Geller Law Group, an award-winning mid-sized firm in Northern Virginia, seeks a full-time Estate Planning Attorney with business law experience to support our estate planning (~70%) and business (~30%) practice groups. This remote-eligible position requires a Virginia law license (DC/MD a plus) and 4–7 years of experience in estate planning and business law. Candidates should have experience advising small businesses on entity formation, contracts, and governance, as well as counseling clients on estate planning strategies and drafting related documents. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in managing client relationships, supervising junior staff, and balancing multiple matters efficiently. Prior law firm experience is required. Salary range: $115,000–$145,000.
