We are a small boutique law firm in Old Town Alexandria with a focus on the representation of common interest communities.  In our work with our clients, we advocate for well-managed, transparently governed communities.  We collaborate with board-designated legal liaisons on issues relating to governing documents, warranty claims, governance, contracts, rule enforcement and assessment collections.  

Currently, we have two openings.  One mid-level attorney position for an individual who is looking to become part of an interesting and diverse practice.  The candidate must be barred in Virginia.

The second position is for a litigation paralegal supporting the litigation attorneys.  The candidate should have a proven track record of litigation support.
