Before doing plaintiff’s personal injury work, Justin Curcio was in-house counsel for Allstate, Esurance, and Encompass, exclusively doing defense work in personal injury cases, with over a hundred trials. In 2020, he switched to plaintiff’s work, where he now represents those that are catastrophically injured, with a focus on car crash, dog attack, slip & fall, and wrongful death cases. He is an active member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, American Association for Justice, and Injury Board who strive to make a difference to those who are injured. When he is not practicing law, Justin is usually spending time with his wife and two daughters in Old Town or Washington D.C.
