We will explain the process of obtaining court approval for your wrongful death and infant settlements. For wrongful death cases, we will go from beginning to end, including how to appoint an administrator for the deceased to pursue the claim, how to determine the beneficiaries, and how to disburse to the beneficiaries. For infant settlements, we will discuss the process of appointing a guardian ad litem and how to disburse the funds to the infant. This presentation will include explanations of the rationale behind each step of the process.
