This presentation will discuss the common “what ifs” that plague our law firms. Attorneys will learn that whether they work as solo practitioners or at large firms, it is never too early to begin succession planning. The focus will be on preparing attorneys for emergencies, disabilities and retirement while reviewing ethical obligations in wrapping up a practice. Finally we will discover which Model Rules of Professional Conduct should be applied by attorneys during succession planning.
