These crimes of opportunity were predictable, and the Department of Justice has made good on its promise take swift action against offenders. This course will review recent trends surrounding COVID-19 related crime, the False Claims Act and what practitioners need to know to provide the highest level of representation for those being investigated and/or prosecuted as a result of this new wave.
