Ethics Issues Encountered in a Lawyer’s Day-to-Day Practice (Virginia Approved for 1 Ethics CLE Credit)

This presentation will inform you of the ethical risks of responding in certain ways to a negative online review. We will also discuss a proposed Virginia legal ethics opinion regarding the frequently-encountered ethics question regarding responding to an email via “reply all” if it includes other counsels’ clients.
