Let’s Talk Tech: Bringing Lawyers and The Internet Together in an Ethical and Practical Way (Virginia Approved for 1 CLE Ethics Credit)

Are you ready for the most entertaining ethics hour in Virginia? In this CLE you will learn about the latest social media platforms and how lawyers are allowed to ethically engage in them. You will see real examples of lawyers websites and social media posts and engage in a practical discussion of what the Rules of Professional Conduct require on the internet. This CLE will cover the duty of competency, confidentiality, Jurors, Candor to the Tribunal, Ex Parte Communication with Judges, Represented Party Communications, and Lawyer Advertising Rules.
