The volume of data in current discovery actions creates problems both in review and over the life of the matter. Corporate clients are increasingly focused on reducing the risks, including financial risks, caused by ever-increasing and complex data. Our time will focus on how data trends impact the stages of ediscovery, budgets for matters, and how attorneys can leverage technology to provide more predictable outcomes for their matters.

Barbara Burke is DISCO’s Director of Solution Architects. She has over 22 years of experience helping clients leverage technology throughout the litigation process, particularly in the areas of project management, electronic discovery, data repositories, and data analysis.  Barbara has excelled as a managing consultant and project coordinator for Navigant Consulting, Inc. and Schiff Hardin LLP, regularly partnering with global corporations and their counsel to address complex and risky legal matters.  Since joining DISCO in 2016, she helped establish the Project Management Team and created the first DISCO training program.
