Are you ready for the most entertaining ethics hour in Virginia? In this CLE you will learn about the latest social media platforms and how lawyers are allowed to ethically engage in them. You will see real examples of lawyers websites and social media posts and engage in a practical discussion of what the Rules of Professional Conduct require on the internet. This CLE will cover the duty of competency, confidentiality, Jurors, Candor to the Tribunal, Ex Parte Communication with Judges, Represented Party Communications, and Lawyer Advertising Rules. And, it'll be a lot of fun.

Brandon Osterbind is a personal injury and disability attorney in Lynchburg, Virginia. Brandon is currently serving as the chair of the Virginia State Bar Special Committee on Technology and the Future Practice of Law, but served on the Special Committee on Technology since 2018. Brandon is an earlier adopter of all things tech and enjoys sharing with other lawyers.
