Colleen M. Haddow will review the most important cases from the Court of Appeals and Supreme Court during the past year, and what they could mean for the future of family law practice. Ms. Haddow will also review the previous legislative sessions and discuss laws passed, trends, and laws that didn’t pass (but maybe should have) in the General Assembly. This seminar is an efficient way for any family law practitioner to stay up to date on the most recent developments in family law and be sure that you are implementing those change in your practice.
